Infected Blood Compensation

After 17 years of efforts, books, seminars, MP educations, hundreds of letters and hundreds of Inquiry questions asked, we finally see victory for the many infected by the NHS via blood transfusions.

We specifically thank our Legal Team  Watkins & Gunn for their years of support in helping us get Hep B  finally included in payments.

These run to approximately

70,000 for acute infections

250,000 for chronic infections and

700,000 for infections leading to cirrhosis or cancer

We have an expert team ready to advise victims on applications and onward co-operate with Ministers and the Compo Authority to streamline services.
